It all began with inquiry, and investigation, into where water goes when it disappears down the drain. This led the children on a journey that ended up at Heretaunga Park and working with the Upper Hutt Council to put a sign up encouraging people not to feed bread to the ducks. The children are very proud of their acheivement. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to feel empowered and learn they have a voice and can make a difference!
